End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Orchard Log

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, copying, or otherwise using Orchard Log (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.  

2. License Grant

This Software is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3). A copy of the GPLv3 is included with this Software and can also be found at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html.

As a user of this Software, you have the rights granted to you by the GPLv3, including the right to:

• Run the Software for any purpose.

• Study and modify the Software's source code.

• Distribute copies of the Software, including modified versions.

3. No Support

This Software is provided "as is," without any support. The developer(s) of this Software are under no obligation to provide any assistance, updates, or bug fixes.

4. No Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. 5. Source Code Availability

In accordance with the GPLv3, the complete source code for this Software is available at https://github.com/anderson3369/TreeData. You have the right to obtain a copy of the source code as provided under the GPLv3.

6. Modifications and Distribution

You are permitted to modify and distribute this Software in accordance with the terms of the GPLv3. Any modified versions of this Software must also be licensed under the GPLv3.

7. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement or the GPLv3.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America.

9. Entire Agreement 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer(s) of this Software concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
